Introducing the All-New Lexisworks: Bringing the artist out in everyone.

The rebrand + update of Lexisworks was needed. After over a decade in business, I was burnt out + needed to evaluate the work I was doing. I needed to identify my purpose + the work that makes me come alive.

Before I even entered into the “rebranding process,” I journaled about my experiences + why I create. I needed to retell my own artist story. I did this with the help of a worksheet I got from Mariana Durst Studio. She offers an insightful Prolific & Profitable Artist™ quiz that I recommend.

During this process, I identified Creative Self as the part of each of us that must shine light out into the world.

With a background in graphic design, marketing, illustration + fine art, I have 20 years of creative experience proving that when I connect to Creative Self, I feel most like myself.

This connection strengthens my intuition, building trust in my self worth. I feel more confident in my actions + I am more likely to trust that everything is happening for the highest good so I can release my need to control the outcome.

And this is when I find myself in a state of flow with the rhythm of my own life. I remember who I am + I feel more grounded + calm + present.

Unfortunately, many people have forgotten Creative Self.

Collectively, our Creative Selves have hidden behind…

the rainbow of shoulds,

the shades of perfectionism,

the hues of doing all the things,

the neutral fitting in,

the cool tone of playing the game,

the heat of the bold inner critic,

and the pair of generational + societal expectations.

Creative Self has been dark for so long, many believe they are no longer creative.

My intention with this new phase of Lexisworks is to change this belief.

I know there is a Creative Self inside each of us, so I offer myself as the artist best friend Creative Self needs. I am helping women connect to their joy + sense of self through my art + creative practices.

My classes + resources are designed to help you discover your own color + joy while encouraging you to be creative in the small moments of time. I create an experience that our Creative Selves most need, guiding you to remember the joy + freedom available when you connect with Creative Self.

Your Creative Self may be hiding, but I am here to help you create so that you remember.

After all, you deserve to be encouraged in your own creative direction + to express yourself in whatever way lights you up.
